A proud 1994 graduate of Washington State University, Dr. Kristyn Brown began her veterinary career on the west side of Washington, practicing mixed animal medicine. In 2021, she relocated with her husband and children, bringing her wealth of experience to a new community and joining the team at Legacy two years ago, where she now focuses on the care of cats and dogs.

Though once a devoted "horse girl," Dr. Brown has happily transitioned her free time to a new set of passions. A self-proclaimed Disney adult, she enjoys planning and going on cruises and visiting Disney parks whenever possible. At home, she shares her life with a dog and two cats—who can often be seen accompanying her on neighborhood walks in their stroller. Dr. Brown is known for her compassionate approach to pet care, her down-to-earth personality, and her commitment to making every veterinary visit a positive experience for both pets and their people.
